Why is my order taking so long?
I'm only one person. I formulate, design, mix, package, label, wrap, and ship every product myself, by hand. I also work in small batches, and often make products after they've been ordered, because keeping 200+ unique products fully stocked all the time is literally impossible for me to do. All I ask is that you pay attention to the processing times listed on each product page, because I do try my best to be transparent about the wait you might be in for.
Can I get my order faster than the listed processing times?
Maybe! I'm usually able to rush orders when it's requested, but it's always going to depend on my current workload and the size and speed of the order. If you have an important deadline, either let me know in a note included with your order, or message me first and I'll get back to you with an estimate as soon as possible. If you don't inform about the time restraint, I am not responsible if you don't get your order in time. My processing times are clearly stated several times during the shopping and checkout process.
Are your products vegan?
Yes! Every single thing in my shop is vegan and always will be.
Are your nail polishes regular or gel?
All of my polishes are regular ol' nail polish. I do not currently sell any gel products. You can tell this by the fact that my bottles are clear, unlike gel bottles, which need to be black or otherwise opaque to protect the gel from sunlight, as UV light cures it. Sunlight (and in addition, nail lamps) won't affect my polishes.
